gst ellectricity bill tender
one trust got contract from MSEB. If taking ellectricity meter reading and distribute ellectriciryybill bill got contract from mseb then come under works contract ? What is hsn code for this ?? what gst rate ??

It is not works contract as defined in section 2(119) of CGST Act. It is merely supply of service and in my view falls under 9985 or 9997.
