No..I am also facing the same problem
Same problem even today .
Is it a fault of my certificate or just some issue with GST server.
My certificate is class2 individual and expiry is next year i.e 2018.
Himanshu, i guess it should be a server error... Even till date i couldnt register the DSC. I finally submitted the application using the esign function.

I have tested in all browsers and the window pop's up to select the signature then requests password but later shows certificate invalid.
I am quite sure the certificate cannot be invalid as i have signed few PDF's with it too and the expiry is next year June because i bought it a few days back.
Just for information:
I have epass2003 , and using emsigner from emudhra .
with e-Mudhra Sub CA for Class 2 Individual 2014
no body solve this problem

Have done the same thing. But while registering it comes as
Verification failed. Either dsc is invalid or try after some time
Then wait for 2-3 days. Its Site problem.
Faced same many time but get worked after some time.
