open the same in offline utility .there it will display the reason for error.. u can rectify and upload the same

sir, same problem of me, when we go to download option > generate file, the system shows the file will be generated after 20 min, but we waiting 1hr, the file has not generated, what will do ?
Dowloaded the error report but when we upload in GST offline toll, Im unable to find any data relating to me , Insted it showing some others GST number,
Can anyone suggest, whether mistake in procedure or system configuration?

we downloaded the error file of gstr 1of aug and uploaded it in offline tool, after uploading, the file is full blank, I mean nothing to show me

i have successfully downloaded error report file from gst portal but is unable to find out a way to open tht file in tally
