Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether GST input tax credit (ITC) can be claimed for insurance and repair costs of a 7-seater car used for delivering goods. The consensus is that ITC is blocked for passenger vehicles under Section 17(5) of the GST Act, regardless of their use for deliveries. Therefore, you cannot claim credit for these expenses.

No, you cannot claim ITC if you used passenger vehicle

it is blocked under section 17(5) since it is a passenger vehicle being a car. you cannot color it as being used for delivering goods.
