Gst composition scheme
mam/sir i want to know if any one registered in composite scheme in sep 2018 but still he has not file any return bcz of his advocate then can he register him self again and how much penalty applicable to this guy

If your GST registration is active, than you can file all your pending return..

Than you can file all your pending Returns and continue that GST
