Gst compalsary for additional place if in another state
I have a Haryana GST registration, and have a additional place in delhi for stock keeping,can I show that place as additional place in my haryan gst without taking any gst no. in delhi.

No, you cannot show an additional place of business located in Delhi under your Haryana GST registration. GST registration is state-specific, and if you have a place of business in Delhi, you must obtain a separate GST registration for that location under the Delhi jurisdiction. You can show as addl place without obtaining reg as you are not doing any taxable supply from delhi. rula 11.
