Best to Apply for GST Practitioner on common portal .It's give legal authorisation to undertake many activities on behalf of Registered person (Refer rule 83 of CGST Act)
Agree with Pankaj Sir. Every year NACIN ( National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics) conducts GSTP exam two times ( June and December ).
If you satisfy the criteria of giving the exam, then you may apply for it.
