In Budget 2022, I have read that it has allowed transfer of Cash Ledger balance in one GSTIN (state) to another GSTIN (state).
Whether the portal has given effect to the same? If yes, can anyone share the details? or
Is it effective from Apr 1, 2022?
How one can transfer in portal? In PMT-09, it is not allowing for transfer to another GSTIN? is there any other way
