from new financial year there is no requirement to get registered under GST if turnover is less then 40 lakhs.
so i want to cancel my gst composition registration number..
kindly suggest me & tell the procedure by which i can surrender my GST registration
In April, file the GST Composition return for Q4 of FY 18-19, i.e. Jan - Mar, 19.
Also file GST-9A of respective years i.e. F.Y. 17-18 and F.Y. 18-19
Once this is done, make an application for cancellation of registration w.e.f. 1-4-19, station reason as business below threshold limit.
