We have Cancelled Registration Last Month, till now the status is showing as Pending for Procession
My Question is:
We need to file Nil return till the Registration is Cancelled?

Matter is still under dispute. for the safer side better to file the NIL return. since govt. has not acknowledged your cancellation application.

But, You must file or required file on or before cancellation periods and when You file annual return then only it will be next process by AO and Approved.
