कोई GST नंबर Auto Sumo Cancellation से दिसंबर 2019 में Cancel हो गया है ओर वर्तमान में अगर में दिसंबर तक की सभी रिटर्न जमा कर देता हूं तो क्या मेरा नंबर फिर से स्वतः चालू तो नहीं होगा या मुझे इसके लिए अपने नंबर को रेवोकेशन के जरीए पुनः चालू करवाकर उसे फिर से cancelation के लिऐ आवेदन कर cancel करवाना पड़ेगा।

A GST number has been canceled since auto sumo mode in December 2019 and at present if I submit all returns up to December, will my number not be automatically operational or will I have to get my number restarted through the application for registration and get canceled.

If Your gstin cancelled by dept and You filed Your GST returns up-to cancellation period then You will go to apply revocation.
after that revocation and it's process complete then You can go to cancel Your gstin as per required rules...
