if i have applied for cancellation of my gst registeration in jan -19, but till now we have not received cacellation order from department, should we keep continue filing of gst return or not
As per CGST ( Amendment ) Act 2018 , if Cancellation Request has been deposited with the department, then your Registration gets temporarily suspended and not required to file your Return.
However you should visit the department once with the Application form inorder to clarify the delay in Cancellation Order.
