Sir my last bill for F. Y. 2017-18 was A-738. Now kindly guide me is there anywhere mentioned that I cannot use A-739 from 1st April, 18?
If yes then A-1 will not be accepted in GSTR-1 of April coz I have already posted that bill in 17-18.

You can use A-739 from 01 April 2018.
You can again start from A-1 in F.Y. 18-19.
Requirement is only for non repeating of same no. in same year.
