Dear Sir, turnover 3,20,00000/- in fy_23-24, GST audit mandatory for me, I have to fill GSTR-9 & 9C, CA sign is required. pls...

No, Not required.
GSTR 9 is required to file.
*GSTR 9C is optional...

GSTR-9 is mandatory but GSTR-9C is optional. 

The concept of GST audit with CA certification is no longer there.
