Gst application rejected - pl help

Hai all,

I filed an application for tax deductor under gst, but it is showing "Clarification not filed by the Applicant. Pending with Tax Officer for Rejection". Pl clarify 1) whether the application is rejected 2) can i file new registration for this rejected application now or i need to wait for any order
