We have received Purchase Order from UK for Design Service and we have to invoice to UK address only. They have gave PO in INR value not in GBP currency, and funds will receive in INR currency only. please confirm whether GST applicable?

If you have taken LUT then GST is not applicable. If you haven't taken LUT then GST is applicable.
No GST applicable in case you have LUT.
Otherwise you have to raise tax invoice and then claim refund of tax paid

If you have LUT OR BOND no gst applicable
if not then latter by raising tax invoice claim refund
to get LUT OR BOND under CGST rules 2017 any registered person can furnish a bond or LUT in form GST RFD 11 and export goods with out payment of IGST tax
