if inter state supplier not registered for gst, but receiver is registered under gst, what is the gst era in this case, pls suggest any one.
ex: supplier - Maharashtra, receiver- Karnataka

URD dealer can't supply goods to inter state if receiver is registered or unregistered...
URD dealer can make supply of Service to inter state...
