GST applicability on Unbranded tobacco
My one client is engaged in trading activity of unbranded tobacco. He purchases tobacco in bulk and repack it (deemed manufacturing) in unbranded small packets. Please tell me applicability of GST on it. Also suggest the notification or circular if any.

If the tobacco is unbranded and loosely packed then gst is not applicable.
