Dear Experts,

I have a query, please help.

A society organized a conference financially supported by many government and non-government organizations. The sanction letter said the fund should be utilized for specific expenses and the utilization certificate should be submitted. If fund is not utilized compeltely, the balance should be refunded.

Will GST be applicable on above receipt.

Expenses like food, tent, printing etc.
Utilization Certificate means certificate from management that the fund is utilized for the purpose for which it is received.
