Gst applicability on Film script writings

Its a Supply of Service , and applicable rate depends on following situations

1. if Film Scripts - Supplied under copyright Act - Then GST is payable under reverse charge by Producer

2. if Film scriptt writing service is provided without getting copy rights - than I think it will be treated as service and GST will be 18%
