Dear Experts,

Good Afternoon !!!

One of my client who is registered under GST, has Service Income (i.e; Rental Income) Rs. 14,86,000 per annum. And threshold limit under GST, Rs, 20 lakhs. He has collected GST amount for the month of july. Now my question is, whether my client should required to collect & pay GST ?? what are the consequences, If he will not collect and pay GST amount from the next month onwards ??

ANY REGISTERED PERSON MUST COLLECT AND PAY GST irrespective the threshold limit.
