How should one file Gstr 9 if having following issues ?1) Liability not booked in tally but booked in return (as the same cannot be changed in BOA)2) Autopopulation is showing wrong amount when compared monthly returns 3) Gstr 1 of oct 17 filed in oct 18 as well not taken in gstr 3b

Which one is correct , as per that record file GSTR 9

Any need for payment use DRC- 03
