Annual return for the 2017-18 GSTR 9 supposed to bre filed by December 18 end. But nothing about this is in GST portal. Has the last date been extended? if yes what is the new date?

Date for filing GSTR -9 has been extended to up 30/6/2019 as per 31 GST council meet .
