GST additional Place Of business address proof

Dear experts.

I have one doubt the GST registration of additional place of business amendment applied, but department raise Clarification for Lease Agreement if have uploaded unregistered lease agreement but department required the Registered lease agreement. if any available of Act lease registered document is mandatory.

"Additional Place of Business - Nature of Possession-Others (Please specify) - Sir / Madam, You are
requested to upload the Recent Non Judicial registered Rental Agreement, Valid Electricity Bill copy
and Recent Property Tax Receipt with Door Number received for the additional place of business
applied for registration"
