GST 9C ERROR:Please check server connection1(Object Event)

Have raised issue with gst department.. Getting revert as start emsigner.. Which I have already started and then have  tried to generate json file.. But still getting error. 

If anyone can help?

Perpare GST -9c as per latest utility available on GST portal. Then go on this link https://erpcloudanalysis.in/utility. Click gst-9c signer. Upload excel sheet. after uploading a download that excel sheet from this site. now generate json file without dsc. then again open https://erpcloudanalysis.in/utility and upload unsigned json file. now make sure than Emsigner is running. when you will upload json file it will ask for dsc. Affix dsc and then download signed JSON. Upload signed JSON file on GST portal. I hope your issue will be resolved.
