Hey, I would like to initiate a discussion on how various taxes like sales tax/VAT/Service Tax would be treated once GST is implemented which is slated to come in to force w.e.f.1/4/2010. What would happen in the states where GST is not impememnted? I know it is premature right now but it would be intersting discussion.
