GST 3B Late fees
Any chance to come GST 3B Late fees waiver scheme again

No chance
As of now there is no news regarding this matter. Recently the Government of India gave a GST Amnesty Scheme which gave the benefit of waived late fees and reduction in Interest Rate, which ended on 30th September 2020.
Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs ( CBIC ) gave lot of opportunities to the default taxpayers to clear all the past GST Returns without late fees and interest. Don't mind Sir, but nowadays the taxpayers are taking it for granted that always there will be Amnesty Scheme so let's not file the return now. But since GST in India is at it's nascent stage, there always be a solution for the problems being faced by the taxpayers.
