Dear Expert! Client wanted to incorporate his first company as a "--- Group Pvt limited " but MCA sent the application back for re-submission with Board resolution of the existing atleast 2 companies,
now the query comes here is that, client doesn't have any company or LLP so now he wants to incorporate 2 new companies to club these newly incorporated companies into " Group" Company.
IF these 2 companies are incorporated can he Group company immediately, if so what are the legal formalities, if not when he opt for group companies,,,
please help me....

You have to get the board resolution from those existing companies whose name containing word 'group'. either it's your client companies or others.
