Is gross allowances over and above normal Indian Salaries received in foreign country while on deputation is exempt from tax in India ?

I was thinking about 10(7) for government employee.

i cant remember which section or rule applies for foreign deputation allowance.

Could not find any relevant sections but I'm also under the impression it is exempt. incase u could find any relevant section then please let me know.
