Dear Sir,
I worked in a private organization for 4 years 11 months and 12 days. But during my full and final settlement, the company refused to give gratuity stating that i have not completed 5 years of service.
Kindly suggest the ways how can i claim my gratuity.
As per Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, you have not completed 5 complete years of service; hence not eligible...... Refer::: payment-of-gratuity-act-1972
