Hello All, I have question related to Gratuity Trust Fund.

1. Can Private Limited Company create the Gratuity Trust fund account and manage by them selves?

2. if Yes than what is the processor for the same?

3. company can take the income tax benefit for the same under section 36 (i) (v) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
