I need a clarity on Gratuity to Private School Teacher on Resignation.
My wife is a teacher in a private (non govt aided) school in Delhi and worked for almost 7 years. Will she eligible for gratuity as per Payment of the Gratuity Act 1972.
Any Govt Notification on the same matter related to private school. please share m help.
