Gratuity in ITR-1
Gratuity should be shown under which section? Section 17(1) salary? or Section 17(3) profit in lieu of salary? Please guide

Should be shown u/s 17(1)
Show whole salary including gratuity under 17(1) and then go to item No. 1(ii) of ITR1 and take gratuity exemption to the extent of limit.
