Hello,
I read somewhere that Gratuity will be calculated for 26 or 30 days from the current calculation of 15 days. Not sure, if I had the correct information?
Also, their has been an announcement of central government employee will have the above computation of days effective Jan 2016? Will it come into effect for private employee as well?
