Gratuity Eligibility
can anyone tell me that whether I am eligible for Gratuity if I have completed 4 years and 7 months and 12 days.

U need to check as per act whether ur employer falls under condition of 190 days or 240 days.
For the last year(5th) gratuity is payable even if the employee has worked for 190 days or 240 days.

U r eligible for gratuity provided that gratuity act applies on your establishment..because There is rounding off rule for last year service in gratuity act 1972
