As per section 2 of the gratuity act for the said period of one year what do you have to look is 190 days shall be considered one year if the company operates five days in a week and if the company operates six days in a week then 240 days will be considered one year.

Please post the question of practise manual here or Look yourself that how many days does the company operate in a week if it’s six days then the assumption taken by practice manual is correct or If nothing is mentioned then the best assumption is what the practice manual is taking.

Thank you sir..but in Practice Manual the question asked is on the basis of establishment working less than six days...it has to consider 190 days but instead of 190 days they have taken 240 days...so I raised the question ..
