Graphic design work cover in 194C?

We are a small website development company and outsource graphic design work to an individual at Faridabad, should this work cover under section 194C?

Dear Alok

Section 194C does not include any exhaustive list of work on which 194C is applicable.But it includes the word "WORK" of which you can intrepret several meaning . As you told about the GRAPHIC DESIGN WORK , it dpends on the contarct made with the client . Bcoz sometimes is only thin line difference between 194C & 194J , so it totally depends on the type of job as well nomenclature of contract terms & condition.
