Dear Alok
Section 194C does not include any exhaustive list of work on which 194C is applicable.But it includes the word "WORK" of which you can intrepret several meaning . As you told about the GRAPHIC DESIGN WORK , it dpends on the contarct made with the client . Bcoz sometimes is only thin line difference between 194C & 194J , so it totally depends on the type of job as well nomenclature of contract terms & condition.
