Grant of Accounting Technician Certificate to PCC/ PE-II Intermediate Exam passed students

ICAI has announced that now PE-II and CA intermediate passed student can also obtain ATC certificate on making prescribe application to ICAI. As per amendment carried to the regulations vide notification dated 3rd December,2008 all such students who have passed either PCC or Intermediate Exam and has completed the prescribed period of articled training article training are eligible for grant of Accounting Technician Certificate on making an application . I had passed my CA Inter examination in November 1978. I applied for the Accounting Technician Certificate in the requisite form on January 2, 2009. I hold the courier receipted copy from ICAI, Shadara, Delhi. It is coming to three months now. There has been no communication from ICAI to say nothing of getting the so called certificate. What next?

Hello ! I am a Final New Couse Student & passed PCC in Nov-08. My Articleship Period is From 02/01/2007 to 01/07/2010. Cn i get the said Certificate even if my Articleship of 3.5 years have not been completed ?? is there any fees for such Certificate ??
