I am going to appear in May 2008, for my PE2.
My revision for A/c and the Gr2 subjects are good. But Law & Auditing are bothering me. Can u all pls tell me, how to prepare for these 2 subjects within a short time?

If you did articleship than in auditing you will not get any kind of problem for auditing do scanner properly and for law read munish bhandari book.. i bel it will be helpful for u
as per my opinion you may skip either indian contract act or negotiable act, because of time is very short. For auditing refer the Paduka Publlication, it helps you alot.and for law, you would refer the compliation and suggeted of ca institute, it will help to know the what type of questions, institute will ask and how to write the answers, it will also provide great help to you.

Right now prepare ur Audit sub well because in law we have a holiday.
And Do proper concentration on practicle problems
When time is short, make the most out of it.
Small chapters in Business Law also provide good marks, just as the big ones.
Corporate law needs to be done in detail.
