Govt incentives for manufacturers

Hii there,
I have a small doubt and hope you people will clarify. In Andhra Pradesh, a private limited company has been incorporated and also registred as MSME as manufacturer of briqettes using white coal. Now they want to manufacture the same using outsourcing services and planning to acquire the manufacturing plant at later stage. Will that make any impact on eligibility to avail Govt grant in future date since the grant will be given only when we ourselves produce the final product?

Outsourcing generally does not invalidate your MSME status. However, eligibility for specific government grants often depends on the "project cost" or "investment in plant and machinery" criteria defined by each individual scheme. You may need to wait until you acquire your own manufacturing infrastructure to qualify for grants linked to fixed asset investment.
