Dear Experts,
A govt employee cant do any business with govt job means cant take gst registration with any govt job.
my query is
Cant he take trademark of any product with his own documents same as above..
please tell me.

I think you have to take permission from your GOVT department, to start business.

If you are Govt employee , it is necessary please confirm with the Department first, if not then it is well and good but confirm.
