Got Two gstin

I have got two GSTIN by fault from Gst portal 

I have applied for one in aug24 and  received the rc for the same , but day before yesterday i was getting message that i have not filed my 3b after checking i noticed that that gstin was not mine yeah but with my company pan and all, so should I raise greviance for that and cancel that gst, but i never received any login credentials for that.
