you need to Forn 103 in triplicate out of which one submit with ICAI( Indraprastha or Vishwas Nagar), and on 2nd form take receipt from inst at the time with submission and 3rd form submit with employer.............

and you also need to fill form 102 in double one keep with him and 2nd give to ur employer.......

Rs. 10 stamp paper is a formaility...... stamp paper retain by employer

u also required to submit form 112 with icai.........

NO NEED TO SUBMIT FORM 102 WITH ICAI.............FORM 112 IS COMPULSORY FORMALITY ONLY
