Got notice from e compliance

hi friends

I have received e compliance for high value transaction for PF withdrawal

it is showing in 26as as tds section for interest on securities

I have not considered in my original return due to I taught withdrawn after 5 years continues service u/s 10 (12)

now I filed revised return and shown amount in exempted income now

what I did is correct or not,

please confirm
