Under RCM mechanism , GTA is not required to register under GST Law ,
so no question of any return.

exemption from GST registration to GTA is only he is providing service for which RCM is applicable. If the GTA is providing service to other than specified persons for whom RCM is applicable then he is liable for registration

if both RCM and other than RCM supply than RCM supply how to show in gstr 3b
