Dear all Sirs,

We have sold some material for Rs.1 Lac against E-way bill on dtd 30/08/2018. The party rejected the material and denied the any document regarding returning materials. The material kept on his store. 

Kindly advise what can I do for above problame.

collect the goods from buyer and issue sales return invoice and show in the GST return

collect the material, issue Credit note and file GSTR 1.
