Kindly let me know about the few items/goods, which are not mentioned in Central Excsie Teriff Act but considered as manufacturing/ industrial activities.
Also tell me from where i can get answer of foregoing problem.

such request is evasion prone in nature, though CETA does not cover ................................human consumable spirit (wine etc)
As per section 2(d) of the Central Excise Act,1944, the goods which are specified in the First and Second Schedule are only liable to 4xcise duty.
