Friends Uptill now we could have only get our copy verified in case of any dissatisfaction in Marks.
But now ICAI and other institutions has been covered under RTI Act. and it has been made compulsory by the supreme court that in case any student files any complaint under RTI then ICAI will have to show the copies to the respective students.
Primary verdict had given by the Calcutta high court and ICAI had challanged it in the supreme court but supreme court has confirm/retains the verdict as given by the Calcuuta High court.
