good cost accounting books for pe 2

Following books are good for PE2

Saxena and Vashisht Cost Accounting Text and Problems
Cost Accounting and Financial Management by Khan and Jain  ( I suggest go for this one no need to buy book for FM seperately)
S.N Maheshwari is also equally good.

Actually its better to read theory from Study Material only as thats what will come in exam. Go for only problems and solutions in that case. In case you seek additional Knowledge go for books containing text and problems

for costing at P2 cost accounting by Khan & jain is good the combine book for fm and cost nut its better to use module and the problems asked by institue u wil get more clarity and consistansy in solving the problem

According  to me Cost accounting by Dr N.K Agrawal is the best. For financial management books written by khan and jain viz Financial management is an excellent supplement.

refer Khan & Jain For CAPE2 book Which has The Coverage from the point of view of C.A. Examination . Even i In MAY 2005 Attempt(first)  Refer That book and Scored 62 also ALL INDIA RANK 49 in the C.A. PE2 Exam.there is also an reference book for cape2 which need not e reffered. only that KHAN & JAIN TEXT BOOK FOR CAPE2 is enough MAIL ME for any further query READ ON & BEST OF LUCK

Hi Well The best and simple I would suggest is of Ravi Kishore if u wanna clear it in the first attempt like me with good marks...

Also solving examples given in the text would benefit.
