Yes. You can add the godown as Additional place of business in GST portal...
Also you ll register the details under Amendment (Core Field) section.

I have a Small Doubt regarding on your comment.
That is you said Godown is to be registered under the head of Additional Place of business but godown is for Storage of goods and there is no sale of goods from Godown.So how can we show there.
i have added in core field , after submission it is showing validation error with pan name . i have tried but couldnt do anything . help me out
One of the Promotor person name or Authorised signatory person name does not match with the actual name on PAN card. First check which person PAN name is not matching in GST application form under non-core field. Correct name as per PAN card and then apply for additional place.
